Salaried Benefits Information

Effective January 1, 2010, there will be changes to several of the employee benefit plans offered to employees and retirees of Continental Grain Company.

Health Care Plans including:

• Medical
• Dental, and
• Vision

...will be offered through UnitedHealthcare Choice Plus.

In addition, UnitedHealthcare Choice Plus (UHC) will also provide our employees with administrative services for:

• Health Care and Dependent Care Spending Accounts, and
• Transit and Parking Benefits

For former eligible employees, employees on Long Term Disability and retirees who remit monthly payments for employee benefits, UHC will also administer:

• COBRA and Direct Billing Services

You will be hearing more about these changes. In the meantime, we invite you to access the UnitedHealthcare Choice Plus website where you will find network providers, and have access to many of UHC's wellness initiatives. Use this link to access the website:
