Effective January 1, 2010, there were changes to several of the employee benefit plans offered to employees and retirees of Continental Grain Company.

Health Care Plans including:

• Dental, and
• Vision

...are offered through UnitedHealthcare Choice Plus.

In addition, UnitedHealthcare Choice Plus (UHC) also provides our employees with administrative services for:

• Health Care and Dependent Care Spending Accounts, and
• Transit and Parking Benefits

For former eligible employees, employees on Long Term Disability and retirees who remit monthly payments for employee benefits, UHC also administers:

• COBRA and Direct Billing Services
