Mike Keith, Water Utilities Supervisor at the Milan Processing
Facility, has been honored as “Wastewater Operator of the Year” by the
northeast section of the Missouri Water and Wastewater Conference
(MWWC). Mike has been with PSF since 1994.
Dan Miler is the new Weaner/Feeder Pig Supervisor at the North
Missouri Farms operation based at Princeton. Dan has been with Premium
Standard Farms for over ten years.
Dale Smith has joined PSF's Clinton plant as Fresh Meat Plant
Manager. Dale has been in the meat business for 22 years, first at
Lundy's and for the last 11 years at Smithfield Packing in Tar Heel,
North Carolina.
New York Office
Russ Cannizzaro, Controller in the New York office, will be
working closely with Wayne Farms Controller Carol Haynie to help
standardize and revamp accounting and reporting procedures at Wayne
Farms. Russ will be spending three to four days a week at the Oakwood
office.
David Lee, Vice President of Financial Analysis and Control, has
been serving as interim Chief Financial Officer at Wayne Farms during
the company's search for a new CFO. David will be working mainly on
longer-term strategic issues, and will be spending two to three days a
week at Wayne Farms.
Claire Perkins has joined the company as an Administrative Assistant, working with Susan McIntyre.
Boris Siperstein, an MBA candidate at the University of
Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and Lauder Institute, is a summer intern
in the New York Controllers office. He will be working on a number of
special projects, including a model to help measure the financial and
operational impact of the Oakwood fire.

Wayne Farms LLC
Grady Graben, Manager of the Guntersville Feedmill, will retire
this month after 45 years of service! Grady began with Allied Mills in
1958, and worked for Continental's Wayne Feed Division in Troy, Alabama
from 1962 to 1968. He became QA Manager at the Guntersville Mill in
1968 and Superintendent in 1984.
Grady was promoted to his
current position of Manager in 1992. He plans to stay very busy during
his retirement, working with his grandson in a self-owned business.

Denny Artley, previously Operations Manager in Douglas, Georgia, is now Operations Manager for Wayne Farms in Bossier City, Louisiana.
Wendy Begonis, Information Technology Coordinator at Wayne
Farms, has successfully completed all five of the Microsoft
Certification tests to obtain her Master Microsoft Office Specialist
Certification.
Stephen Bisson, Business Manager, has been promoted to Plant Manager for Wayne Farms Further Processing Plant in Decatur, Alabama.
Danny Butler, Broiler Flock Manager, was recently promoted to Feed Mill Manager for Wayne Farms in Laurel, Mississippi.
Carolyn Caldwell has been promoted from Supervisor to Superintendent for Wayne Farms in Enterprise, Alabama.
Ty Clark and Amanda Bowling, Staff Accountants, have both
been promoted to the position of Accountant at the Wayne Farms
locations in Laurel, Mississippi and Decatur, Alabama, respectively.
Robert Coleman, Production Superintendent, has been named
Production Manager, reporting to Jimmy Kemp, Director of Operations,
Further Processing.
Frechandra Grant, HACCP Coordinator, has recently moved to
Quality Assurance Supervisor, reporting to Chris Horn, Quality
Assurance Manager for Wayne Farms in Douglas, Georgia.
Heath Harper and Alva Walston, both former Supervisor Trainees, have been named Supervisors at the Enterprise and Union Springs locations, respectively.
Kasey Harris has joined Wayne Farms in Bossier City, Louisiana as Production Supervisor.
Sheila Hayes, formerly Accounting Clerk, has been promoted to Staff Accountant for Wayne Farms in Dobson, North Carolina.
Carol Haynie has joined Wayne Farms as Controller in Oakwood. A
CPA with a background in mergers and acquisitions, IPO due diligence,
and SEC reporting, Carol previously worked for Sterlite Optical
Technologies and Timberjack Manufacturing, both in Atlanta.
Amber Hughes has joined Wayne Farms as a Food Technologist in
our R&D Department. Amber holds a degree in food science from
Auburn University and was previously with ConAgra in Montgomery,
Alabama.
Gary Hurlock, Vince Kramer and Edward Thomas were
recently promoted to Area Quality Assurance Managers from their
previous positions as Quality Assurance Managers. Gary, Vince and
Edward report to Sandy Bishop, Director of Quality Assurance.
Matt Jolliff has been promoted from Supervisor to Production
Superintendent, and will be relocating to the Wayne Farms Further
Processing Plant in Decatur, Alabama. | |
Wayne Farms LLC
Jimmy Kemp has been promoted to Director of Operations, Further
Processing, reporting to Bas Hofland, Senior VP Sales/Marketing &
Further Processing.
Sheree Martin, formerly Help Desk Coordinator, has recently been promoted to Help Desk Specialist II at the Wayne Farms LLC Corporate Office.
Jerry Maupin, formerly Controller for CGC’s Animal Nutrition
Division and Pork Division, will be responsible for a number of
day-to-day accounting and financial matters, including the Wayne Farms
quarterly review. Jerry will be spending three weeks per month at Wayne
Farms through the summer. He retired from Continental Grain in 2000
after a 30-year career with the company
Lonzie McCants has taken the position of Shift Manager at Wayne Farms' Union Springs facility.
Matt Mitchell, formerly Plant Manager, has been promoted to Operations Manager for Wayne Farms in Douglas, Georgia.
Charles Mullen, formerly Sanitation Superintendent, is now a Shift Manager for Wayne Farms in Danville, Arkansas.
Mark Nunley has joined Wayne Farms in Douglas, Georgia, as Production Superintendent, reporting to Joe Reives, Plant Manager.
Ricky Quiett, Assistant Credit & Collections Manager, has
joined Wayne Farms' Corporate Offices, reporting to Randy Hart, Credit
Services Manager.
Allan Patterson has taken the position of Production Supervisor in Bossier City, Louisiana, reporting to Paul Miller, Production Manager.
Johnathan Roberts has been promoted from Supervisor to Superintendent at the Laurel, Mississippi complex.
Bo Rosas has taken the position of Maintenance Superintendent at Wayne Farms' Dobson, North Carolina facility.
Joe Reives has been promoted to Plant Manager at Wayne Farms in Douglas, Georgia. Joe has worked at the Douglas facility for 23 years.
Sean Ryan has joined our Corporate Financial Team as Manager of Financial Reporting, reporting to Carol Haynie, Controller.
Georgia Smith, formerly Inventory Clerk, has been promoted to Inventory Control Analyst at the Wayne Farms Corporate Office.
