Paul J. Fribourg is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Continental Grain Company, an international agribusiness and investment company. Prior to assuming the helm of one of the largest privately-held corporations in the United States, he held a variety of positions with increasing responsibility—from Merchandiser and Product Line Manager to Group President and Chief Operating Officer. Paul Fribourg serves as the Lead Independent Director of Loews Corporation, a Board Member of The Estee Lauder Companies, Inc., a Board Member of Restaurant Brands International Inc., a Board Member of Syngenta AG, a Board Member of Restaurant Technologies, Inc., and a Board Member of Bunge Limited. He is also a Board Member and Member of the Executive Committee of Castleton Commodities International LLC, and a Member of the Rabobank International North American Agribusiness Advisory Board. He also serves as Director of the Continental Grain Foundation, a Trustee of the Fribourg Family Foundation, a Member of the Board of Managers of Wayne Farms LLC, a Member of the Council on Foreign Relations, a Member of the Temasek Americas Advisory Panel, and a Member of the International Business Leaders Advisory Council for the Mayor of Shanghai. Mr. Fribourg graduated Magna Cum Laude from Amherst College with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He then completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Charles Fribourg has served as a Member of the Company’s Board of Directors since 2001 and is a member of the Management Committee. He has served as Directeur General of Arlon Group (Europe) S.A., in Geneva, Switzerland, since 1999. Earlier, Mr. Fribourg served the Company as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Latin American Division, General Manager EEC, Europe, Product Manager International for Meals/Derivatives, Merchandising Manager International for Proteins/Derivatives, Commercial Manager for France, and previously held various merchandising positions throughout the Company's domestic operations. Mr. Fribourg received his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Connecticut College and his Advanced Management degree in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management.

Michael Zimmerman

Michael Zimmerman has served as Vice Chairman of the Company since 2012 and is a member of the Management Committee and the Continental Grain and Arlon Investment Committees. Prior to serving as Vice Chairman, Mr. Zimmerman served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Senior Vice President, Investments and Strategy. Before joining the Company, Mr. Zimmerman was a Managing Director at Salomon Brothers Inc. Currently, he is a Director of Stifel Financial Corp. and Castleton Commodities International, and he is a Member of the Board of Managers of Wayne Farms LLC. Active in many nonprofit organizations, he currently serves on the board of Mount Sinai Health System, and is Chairman of FOJP Service Corporation. He is Chairman of the Investment Committee of the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, D.C. Mr. Zimmerman earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Trinity College and his Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School.

Frank Baier

Frank Baier has served as CGC’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since 2012 and is a member of the Management Committee. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Baier was Chief Financial Officer of North Jersey Community Bank. He has held senior financial executive roles at a variety of companies including Capital Access Network, Inc., Independence Community Bank, and ContiFinancial Corporation. He was also a consultant for Meridian Capital Group, LLC, one of the country’s largest commercial mortgage brokerage firms, and a partner at Columbia Financial Partners. Mr. Baier began his career at RJR Nabisco, Inc. in 1987. Currently, He is a Board Member of ConnectOne Bancorp, Inc. and the Summit Police Athletic League. Mr. Baier received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Accounting), Cum Laude, from the W. Paul Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University, and his Master of Business Administration degree from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.

Ari Gendason

Ari Gendason is Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of Continental Grain Company. Ari joined CGC in 2004 and has been involved in many of the company’s investments in the food and agriculture sector over that time. He currently leads CGC’s corporate investments group and oversees a portfolio of both public and private investments in food and Ag. Prior to this role, he managed Arlon Opportunities Investors, an equities and commodities hedge fund backed by CGC. Prior to joining CGC, Ari worked in private equity and investment banking. Ari is a member of the Board of Directors of Wayne Farms LLC and of RiceBran Technologies (NASDAQ: RIBT). Ari holds a BS and MBA in Finance and Accounting from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Robert Golden

Robert Golden is Chief Operating Officer of Continental Grain Company, and he is a member of the Company's Management Committee and Board of Directors.

Bob retired as VP of Mergers & Acquisitions for AB InBev as of January 2018, following a nearly 30-year career covering a range of executive responsibilities across M&A, strategic planning, procurement, treasury, packaging operations, and leadership of AB InBev's global acquisition program following the combination of Anheuser-Busch and InBev.

After transitioning to lead M&A at AB InBev, Bob directed an M&A program resulting in more than $200 billion of deals around the world as part of creating the first truly global brewer. In executing AB InBev’s expansion program, Bob managed concurrent negotiations with a range of deal-critical constituents on complex multi-part deals.

Bob now provides guidance to select organizations navigating M&A and strategic growth opportunities. He has served as a director of several boards, and is currently a director of Rotterdam-based Refresco, BV. Prior to joining Anheuser-Busch in 1988, Bob worked in commercial and investment banking at Continental Bank (Chicago), and earned an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a BS from Illinois State University.

Stephanie Warner

Stephanie Warner has served as CGC’s Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer since 2016. Prior to joining CGC, Ms. Warner led external talent acquisition at Bridgewater Associates and was Head of Human Capital in General Atlantic’s Resources Group. Earlier in her career, Ms. Warner led Egon Zehnder’s U.S. Investment Banking practice and was a senior member of the Private Equity and Asset Management practice groups. She was a Founding Partner of The Piper Group and began her career in Investment Banking at Lehman Brothers. Ms. Warner has been active in not-for-profit organizations including Abilis, Special Olympics, and the Girl Scouts. Stephanie holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Economics from Barnard College, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa.

Michael Mayberry

Michael R. Mayberry is CGC’s Senior Vice President and General Counsel. He also serves as Corporate Secretary. Michael has worked for the Company since 1996 including his tenure at ContiFinancial Corporation as Associate General Counsel. Prior to that he worked as an associate in the New York offices of the law firms of Dewey Ballantine and Winston & Strawn. He received his juris doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and his Bachelor of Science from the University of Oregon. He also holds an International Business Program diploma from Nijenrode, The Netherlands School of Business.

Ben Fishman

Ben helped establish Arlon in 2007. From 1998-2000, he served as a Strategic and Financial Analyst for Continental Grain Company (CGC). Ben left CGC in 2000 to co-found The Grow Network, which was sold to the McGraw-Hill Companies in 2004. In 2005, he was a National Finalist for the White House Fellowship. Ben returned to CGC in 2005 and helped to establish Arlon. Ben currently serves on the Boards of Grandpoint Capital, Inc., Alico Incorporated, CiCi's Holdings, Inc., and Rose Displays Ltd. and is a Member of the Alumni Council of Collegiate School in New York City. Ben received his BA, cum laude, in political theory from Princeton University.

Nick Rosa

Nick is the President of Continental Capital Limited and the Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Continental Grain Company (CGC) Asia and is a member of the Continental Capital Investment Committee. He has been with Continental Grain Company since 1975 and helped establish CGC's investment group at Continental Capital Limited. He joined CGC as a trainee in the animal feed division and has served in a variety of different posts. He became General Manager of the Wayne Feed Division in Chicago in 1995 and became Vice President of CGC's International Industries in 1997. In 2007, he was named Senior Vice President and Managing Director of CGC - Asia. Nick has served as a Director and member of the Executive Committee of the American Feed Industry Association and as Chairman and/or Director in poultry, pork and feed companies in Eastern Europe and South America. He is currently the Chairman of the Board and Director of Conti Chia Tai International Limited and a Senior Advisor to Olympus Capital Holdings Asia. Nick received both his BS in economics and his MBA from Arizona State University.

Guillermo Bilbao

Guillermo is a Managing Director of Arlon Group and has been with Arlon since 2014. Prior to this, from 1988-2014, he worked at Rabobank, where he was involved in regional management of Latin America for Rabobank beginning in 2001, including as Regional Manager South America from 2009-2011 and President of Rabobank Chile 2007-2012. Most recently, he was the Managing Director, Rural Retail US for Rabobank International from 2012-2014. He also held positions at Rabobank as Deputy Regional Manager, Americas, US Head of Corporate Resources (Legal, Tax, Compliance, Human Resources, Communications and Finance) and General Counsel, US. Guillermo served on numerous boards in Latin America and the US, including Rabobank, NA, Rabo Agrifinance, Inc., and Rabobank Curacao NV, Finterra SA de CV (Mexico), Sicredi (Brazil), Banco Regional (Paraguay) and Latin America Agribusiness Development Corp. Prior to Rabobank, Guillermo worked in private legal practice from 1983 to 1988, first in Madrid at Uria y Menendez and then in New York at Patterson Belknap and Simpson Thacher. Guillermo received his BA in History from Princeton University and his JD from Harvard Law School.

Elton Maddox

Elton Maddox currently serves as Wayne Farms’ Executive Chairman and Chairman of the Board, and his many years of leadership have guided the company’s business strategy to performance in the top 25 percent of the industry. During his tenure, he successfully built an executive management team and corporate culture focused on integrity, profitability, and continuous improvement in the areas of safety, quality, and production.

Elton Maddox joined Wayne Farms in 1974. Since that time, he has served in a variety of increasingly responsible roles, including several management positions at the Pendergrass, Georgia poultry plant. From 1993 to 1995, he was Vice President and General Manager, Further Processing Operations; and from 1995 to 1999, he was Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Poultry Division. In 2000, Elton Maddox became Chief Executive Officer, a position he held until 2017.

Alan Fishman

Alan Fishman has had a distinguished career in the banking industry. He is currently the Chairman of Ladder Capital Finance Corporation. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Washington Mutual Bank. During 2007 and 2008, he served as Chairman of Meridian Capital Group and prior to joining Meridian, he was President of Sovereign Bank. He assumed the leadership of Independence Community Bank when he was elected President and Chief Executive Officer in March 2001.

Mr. Fishman has been an active leader in many not-for-profit activities in Brooklyn. He served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Brooklyn Academy of Music. He also served as Chairman of the Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation and as Co-Chairman of the Downtown Brooklyn Partnership. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Brooklyn Community Foundation. The Brooklyn Community Foundation is the successor institution to the Independence Community Foundation. The Brooklyn Community Foundation is Brooklyn's only Foundation focusing exclusively on the Borough. Mr. Fishman serves on the Boards of several private companies and other not-for-profit and civic organizations. A lifelong Brooklynite, he was educated in the public schools graduating from Erasmus Hall High School. He graduated from Brown University with a degree in Economics and received a master's degree in Economics from Columbia University.

Jim Manzi has been a director of ThermoFisher Scientific since May 2000 and Chairman of the Board since May 2007. He earlier served as Chairman of the Board from 2004 to 2006. Mr. Manzi is founder and Chairman of Stonegate Capital, a firm that manages private equity investment activities in technology startup ventures. Previously, he served as Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Lotus Development Corporation, a software manufacturer that was acquired by IBM Corporation in 1995. He serves as Chairman of the Board and director for Skyword, Inc., and is a director of Freshdirect, Cargometrics, Elysium Health, CloverFood Lab and Paxos Technology Solutions, LLC.

Gerald Rosenfeld

Gerald Rosenfeld is Senior Advisor to the CEO and is Vice Chairman of U.S. Investment Banking of Lazard. Prior to rejoining Lazard in 2011, he spent 11 years at Rothschild North America as its CEO and, after stepping down from that position, as its Deputy Chairman. Mr. Rosenfeld initially joined Lazard in 1992 and served as a General Partner, Managing Director and Head of US Investment Banking. Prior to Lazard he held significant management positions at Bankers Trust Company, Salomon Inc. and its Salomon Brothers subsidiary, and McKinsey & Company.

Mr. Rosenfeld has worked as a strategic and M&A advisor in the industrial and technology sectors, including representation of General Motors, Chrysler, United Technologies, ITT Corporation, Tenneco, TRW, Lucas Varity PLC, Case Corporation, Lotus Corp. in its acquisition by IBM, and recently as advisor to Dow in its proposed merger with DuPont. He has also worked on many airline transactions including for United Airlines, TWA, US Airways, and Northwest Airlines. Mr. Rosenfeld has worked on corporate restructuring assignments for, among others, TWA, United Airlines, Delphi Corporation, Gaylord Container, the Chicago Sun-Times, and AIG.

Early in his career, Mr. Rosenfeld was a member of the faculty of the City College of New York, New York University, and the University of Maryland.

He is a member of the Board of Directors of CIT Group. In the non-profit sector, he serves on the Boards of The City College Foundation and The Charles H. Revson Foundation. Mr. Rosenfeld holds a Ph.D. in applied Mathematics from New York University. He is a Professor of Practice at New York University School of Law and a member of its Board of Trustees. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences.

Stephen Volk

Stephen R. Volk is Vice Chairman of Citi and Chairman of Citi's Institutional Clients Group. Mr. Volk joined Citi in September 2004. Prior to that, he served as Chairman of Credit Suisse First Boston, where he worked closely with their CEO on the strategic management of the firm and on key client matters. He was also a member of the Credit Suisse Group Management Board. He joined Credit Suisse First Boston in August 2001 from Shearman & Sterling, a New York-based law firm, where he had been Senior Partner since 1991. While at Shearman & Sterling, Mr. Volk, a leading mergers and acquisitions lawyer, was counsel to a number of corporations, including Citicorp.

He joined Shearman & Sterling in 1960 after graduating from Dartmouth College and Harvard Law School, and became a Partner in 1968.

Mr. Volk is a member of the Supervisory Board of Bank Handlowy. He is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, the Dean's Advisory Board of Harvard Law School and a fellow of the American Bar Foundation.

James Wolfensohn

Sir James D. Wolfensohn is Chairman of Wolfensohn & Company, LLC, and was Chairman of Citigroup International Advisory Board (2006‑2014). Sir James was President of the World Bank Group (1995‑2005), and held the post of Special Envoy for Gaza disengagement for the quartet of the Middle East (2005‑06). Sir James is Chairman Emeritus of the board of trustees of Carnegie Hall and of the John F. Kennedy Center for Performing Arts in Washington DC (1996). He was Chairman of the Board of the Institute for Advanced Study at Princeton (1986‑2007).

He has served on the boards of the Howard Hughes Medical Institute, the Rothschild Foundation, the Rockefeller Foundation, and many other such groups. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences and a Member of the American Philosophical Society. He has B.A. and LL.B. degrees from the University of Sydney and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Graduate School of Business. Sir James is the recipient of many national and international medals and awards in recognition of his public service and his support for the arts, including the 2017 Carnegie Medal of Philanthropy.

Katie Fullalove

Katie has been with Arlon since 2018. Prior to joining Arlon, Katie spent three years at AB InBev as Global Director of M&A during their transformative acquisition of SABMiller, as well as Global Director of Planning & Strategy. Prior to these roles, Katie worked in investment banking at Lincoln International and private equity with Chicago Growth Partners, focused on business services and consumer. Her MBA summer internship was with Bain & Company, based in Mexico City. Katie received her BS in Finance and Business Economics with honors from Indiana University, MA in International Studies from University of Pennsylvania, and MBA with honors from Wharton Business School.

Ben helped establish Arlon in 2007. From 1998-2000, he served as a Strategic and Financial Analyst for Continental Grain Company (CGC). Ben left CGC in 2000 to co-found The Grow Network, which was sold to the McGraw-Hill Companies in 2004. In 2005, he was a National Finalist for the White House Fellowship. Ben returned to CGC in 2005 and helped to establish Arlon. Ben currently serves on the Boards of Grandpoint Capital, Inc., Alico Incorporated, CiCi's Holdings, Inc., and Rose Displays Ltd. and is a Member of the Alumni Council of Collegiate School in New York City. Ben received his BA, cum laude, in political theory from Princeton University.

Brian Loeb

Brian Loeb has been with CGC since early 2016, having previously worked at J.P. Morgan within the Financial Institutions Investment Banking Group. At CGC, Mr. Loeb has focused primarily on CGC Ventures, with a mandate to co-invest in early stage technology companies in the food, agriculture and restaurant sectors. Mr. Loeb sits on the Board of Prenexus Health and is a Board Observer at Perfect Day Foods, Myco Technologies, and Brightseed Bio. Guillermo is a Managing Director of Arlon Group and has been with Arlon since 2014. Prior to this, from 1988-2014, he worked at Rabobank, where he was involved in regional management of Latin America for Rabobank beginning in 2001, including as Regional Manager South America from 2009-2011 and President of Rabobank Chile 2007-2012. Most recently, he was the Managing Director, Rural Retail US for Rabobank International from 2012-2014. He also held positions at Rabobank as Deputy Regional Manager, Americas, US Head of Corporate Resources (Legal, Tax, Compliance, Human Resources, Communications and Finance) and General Counsel, US. Guillermo served on numerous boards in Latin America and the US, including Rabobank, NA, Rabo Agrifinance, Inc., and Rabobank Curacao NV, Finterra SA de CV (Mexico), Sicredi (Brazil), Banco Regional (Paraguay) and Latin America Agribusiness Development Corp. Prior to Rabobank, Guillermo worked in private legal practice from 1983 to 1988, first in Madrid at Uria y Menendez and then in New York at Patterson Belknap and Simpson Thacher. Guillermo received his BA in History from Princeton University and his JD from Harvard Law School.

In 1997 he became Managing Director of Continental Grain in Turkey. Andre joined Bunge in 2000 where he served in various roles until 2011, most recently as Director of Capital Investments. After spending time as an independent operating partner, Andre re-joined Continental Grain in 2016. He serves on the Board ContiLatin del Peru, Grupo Santa Elena and ContiParaguay. Andre graduated from Institut Superieur du Commerce (ISC Paris Business School).

He started his career in the investment banking division of BTG Pactual in Chile (previously Celfin Capital) where he was involved in M&A and ECM transactions in the Andean region. Later, he joined the Chilean Government, where he served as Advisor to the President in finance, mining and social development affairs (2013-2014). Prior to joining CGC, Ignacio was a principal at Australis Partners, a middle-market Latin American private equity fund. At Australis, Ignacio was involved in the acquisition and management of investments in the retail, foodservice and healthcare sectors. He started his career at Citigroup’s investment banking division where he focused on M&A advisory and capital market transactions for Latin American clients across a broad range of industries. Later, he joined Citi Venture Capital International (CVCI) where he was involved in acquisition, management and realization of several CVCI’s Latin American investments. Ignacio holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico de Buenos Aires.

From 2007-2013, he spearheaded Arlon's investment activity in the financial services sector, including the investments in Grandpoint Capital, Inc., Carlile Bancshares, Inc. and Northeast Bancorp. Prior to joining Arlon, Charlie was a private equity analyst for the Arizona Public Safety Retirement System, a public pension fund with over $7 billion in assets under management. Previously, Charlie held a variety of management positions in the IT, food and export sectors for various companies in Latin America. He currently serves on the Board of Grano Alimentos S.A. and as Chairman of the Board of Sotran SA Logistica e Transporte. Charlie is a former Fulbright Fellow in international economics and finance. He received his BA from the University of Oregon and his MBA with a specialization in global finance from Thunderbird School of Global Management. Nick is the President of Continental Capital Limited and the Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Continental Grain Company (CGC) Asia and is a member of the Continental Capital Investment Committee. He has been with Continental Grain Company since 1975 and helped establish CGC's investment group at Continental Capital Limited. He joined CGC as a trainee in the animal feed division and has served in a variety of different posts. He became General Manager of the Wayne Feed Division in Chicago in 1995 and became Vice President of CGC's International Industries in 1997. In 2007, he was named Senior Vice President and Managing Director of CGC - Asia. Nick has served as a Director and member of the Executive Committee of the American Feed Industry Association and as Chairman and/or Director in poultry, pork and feed companies in Eastern Europe and South America. He is currently the Chairman of the Board and Director of Conti Chia Tai International Limited and a Senior Advisor to Olympus Capital Holdings Asia. Nick received both his BS in economics and his MBA from Arizona State University.

Prior to joining CGC, Michael was a Technical Manager of Central Soy in Hong Kong and Wei Fang in Shandong Province, China. Michael was born and raised in China. He joined Continental Capital Limited (CCL) in Hong Kong as Treasurer in 1998, during which he was also appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Conti Chia Tai International Limited (CCTI) in Shekou from 2002 to 2017. With his extensive connections with the China food and agriculture companies, Peter now assists the investment team in proprietary deal sourcing as well as seeking bank financing for CCL and portfolio companies.
